TUBING AND CASING COUPLINGS

Premium Oilfield Equipment for Enhanced Performance and Durability.

Overview

Get the best quality with our Coupling Stock! Every single one undergoes certification by an independent 3rd party laboratory prior to manufacturing. We ensure perfection by performing 100% thread inspections.

Our tubing and casing couplings are color-coded and marked as per API Standards. Take a look at our specialty couplings, including sawtooth, re-entry guides, mule shoes, re-entry guide mule shoes, and bar weld couplings.

MTRs are available for all couplings, and we even have Special Clearance Buttress Casing Couplings up to 13-3/8” available upon request. Slip-on Couplings are also available upon request. Need something specific?

We have certain proprietary threads available upon request. We strive to meet all your needs so additional information such as End User and location may be required by OEM prior to approval. Experience the superior quality of Coupling Stock today!

Why Tubing and Casing Couplings?

There are many benefits of tubing and casing coupling, including improved production rates, reduced downtime, and decreased installation costs. By coupling the tubing and casing together, operators are able to minimize the amount of damage that can be caused by fluid flow during operation. Additionally, coupling can improve the reliability of the pipeline system by ensuring that the pressure and flow rates are consistent from one section of the pipeline to another.

Caing Coupling

Casing and tubing couplings are essential for the safe and efficient flow of oil, gas, and other fluids in the petroleum industry. These coupling devices form a continuous seal between the tubing and casing, preventing fluid from seeping or leaking out. They come in many different styles, sizes, and materials to meet specific needs of the petroleum industry. Couplings are used in the oil and natural gas industry for the safe transportation of fluids. They allow for fluid to pass from the wellbore, through a pipe, and into a processing facility. The most common types of couplings are cemented, mechanically fastened, and threaded. Cemented couplings are made from a mix of cement, metal, and plastic. It requires manual assembly to be installed in the wellbore.

Why choose us?

Before our couplings are made, an independent third-party lab makes sure that all coupling stock meets API standards. After being machined, every of our  coupling goes through a full thread inspection. According to API Standard, all tubing and casing couplings are color-coded and marked. Specialty couplings like saw tooth, re-entry guides, mule shoes, re-entry guide mule shoes, and bar weld couplings are also available. On request, you can get certain proprietary threads. Before approval, OEM may need more information, such as who the end user is and where the product will be use
